You may use the same ingredients (exclude anchovies) to make squid sambal, prawn sambal, chicken sambal, etc. It's an easy recipe that takes only 45minutes or less to prepare. Recipe by ida ku zaifah. So, this is my version of nasi lemak, served with a dried anchovies sambal recipe and a dried cuttlefish sambal. The sambal is delicious, slightly spicy and aromatic. Made this for our break fast today. Selain itu lauk seperti rendang daging, sambal kerang, paru dan ikan bilis kentang juga mampu membangkitkan selera anda. It is a gastronomical delight you don't want to miss.
There are many variation of nasi lemak, some with different side dish and some with more spices but this is how i made it easier for everyone and myself.
This version of sambal tumis sotong was a favourite of the late tunku abdul rahman. Nasi lemak yang sedap bergantung kepada sambalnya. Nasi lemak mudah sambal sotong serai. Tak sesuai untuk budak kecil.
